| Delivery: Free delivery is applicable when you purchase goods to a value of over £150.00 or order 12 bottles or more and have these delivered to a single UK mainland address. In the event of re-delivery being required we retain the right to charge. Your order will usually arrive within 48 hours and we always phone to confirm safe delivery. We can deliver anywhere in the UK mainland. For deliveries outside the UK, please call 020 8858 9147 for a quotation. Sale or return: We are happy to supply wines on sale or return, but please note that we normally only accept whole cases for return. Minimum age to purchase wine is 18 years old. Broken bottles: Any damaged bottles etc must be reported within 48 hours. Availability & substitutions: We do our utmost to make sure that every wine listed in the price list will be available to you. However, by their very nature, wines have limited availability, so from time to time, we may run out of a particular wine or vintage. When this happens, we try to contact you to offer alternatives to suit you. Data protection: We retain your personal details solely for the purpose of contacting you about Davy's products, events, activities, special offers etc. We treat your personal details with the utmost confidentiality and we will never divulge them to any third party. Age Restrictions: It is illegal to sell or deliver to anyone who is, or appears to be under the age of 18. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and we reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this.
