Aged for 18 months in French oak (50% new) and left for a further 12 months in the bottle. Complex nose of plums and cherries, a touch of cassis, white pepper and damp earth. Elegant and well-structured on the palate with firm, yet silky tannins and a long finish.

Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months (15% new) and an additional 6 months in bottle before release. Red berry aromas and juicy black fruit flavours on the palate well balanced with a high acidity and soft tannins.

2016 Ventisquero Grey Carmenere, Maipo

Originally from Bordeaux, Carmenere is now considered to be a traditional Chilean grape variety and is rarely seen coming from any other country. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels (34% new) and an additional 8 months in bottle before release. Aromas of blackberries, blueberries and black cherries with notes of green pepper, and spices and a hint of minerality. Intense on the palate with velvety tannins and good length. Awarded a Gold Medal at Mundus Vini 2015.

2017 Ventisquero Grey Sauvignon Blanc

Sourced from Loncomilla vineyard, located in the Atacama desert 23 km from the Pacific ocean and, aged on its lees for 10 months. Citrus aromas, mixed with notes of green chili. Fresh and round on the palate and well balanced with a high acidity and mineral notes.

2014 Ventisquero Grey Cabernet Sauvignon, Maipo

Aged 18 months in French oak barrels. Aromas of raspberry and cassis alongside notes of black pepper, tobacco and a touch of earthiness. Elegant and smooth palate with soft tannins and good length.

2016 Ventisquero Grey Garnacha Carinena Mataro, Colchagua

Aged for six months in French oak barrels. Intense aromas of fresh raspberries and blackcurrants alongside earthy notes and a touch of black pepper. Medium-bodied with a refreshing acidity, gentle tannins and a good length.

2015 Ventisquero Grey Chardonnay, Casablanca Valley

Half the wine is fermented in French oak barrels of which 10% is new then aged for 10 months on its lees. Elegant, fresh and complex with tropical fruits aromas and notes of honey and vanilla. Full-bodied and well balanced with a refreshing acidity.

2016 Ventisquero País Moscatel Reserva, Maule

Made with 85% País, a forgotten grape from Chile that makes delightful wine similar to Beaujolais and 15% Muscat, this wine is partly aged for 8 months in French oak barrels. Aromas of white flowers, cherries and strawberries. Soft and easy to drink with a well-rounded palate and good acidity.

2014 Ventisquero Grey Merlot, Colchagua

Aged 18 months in French oak barrels of which a third is new. Intense flavour of very ripe red fruits, cherries and prunes mixed with black pepper and tobacco. Overall elegant and well rounded with soft tannins.

2015 Vertice ‘Apalta Vineyard’ Ventisquero, Colchagua

Made with 50% Carmenere and 50% Syrah and aged for 20 months in French (40% new). Aromas of red and blue berries mixed with notes of spices, black pepper, damp earth, oak and a hint of minerality. Powerful on the palate with soft and silky tannins and well balanced with the acidity and a long finish.

2014 Pangea Syrah Ventisquero, Colchagua

Aged for 20 months in French oak (50% new) and left for a further 18 months in the bottle. Complex aromas of blueberry, black pepper and mineral notes. Deep and full bodied with ripe tannins and a great structure. Pangea is at its best when given time to breathe.
