On the last Friday of each month throughout 2026, we open some of our favourite and finest bottles to taste. For March, we are delighted to be pouring a standout wine from Ribera del Duero, awarded 95 points by Wine Enthusiast.

Join us to discover the 2019 Bodegas Valduero Una Cepa, a wine of depth, structure and remarkable complexity. Founded in 1984 by Gregorio García Álvarez, Bodegas Valduero has grown alongside the Ribera del Duero region itself. Today, the estate is led by his daughters, Yolanda, one of Spain’s leading oenologists, and Carolina, who oversees the commercial direction. Together, they continue to craft wines of precision, character and longevity.

Expect a beautifully layered expression, with notes of dark plum, cocoa, coffee bean and a subtle lift of lavender, supported by plush tannins and a long, refined finish.
