Port and Cheese Tasting

Are you curious about the best cheese pairings for Port? While Stilton is a traditional choice, not all Port is created equal, and there is a world of fantastic alternative combinations to explore.
Adam Odor, Port wine educator and ambassador for the School of Port* will be sharing insider secrets on how to best pair cheese with white, tawny, and ruby Ports.
The evening will begin with a refreshing White Port & Tonic cocktail to get us in the “Portgeek” mood. This will be followed by a tasting and pairing of six different Ports with a variety of cheeses. Expect an array of flavours, excellent company, and plenty of fun.
