Winemaker Audible Series: Château Reynier

Welcome to the latest in our new series of audio interviews, where we hand the producer the microphone and allow them to tell us all about their winery and individual wines.

This time, it’s Pauline Lurton (top in picture) at Château Reynier.

Located in the Entre-Deux-Mers appellation Château Reynier dates back to the 15th century. Today, this small family winery is in the capable hands of Marc Lurton, an international wine consultant and the descendant of a great Bordeaux wine-growing family, his wife Agnès and daughter Pauline. Composed of 99 acres of vines planted on clay and limestone slopes, the estate in known for its lively and refreshing whites as well as supple reds full of berry fruit flavours.
