This time, it’s Corinne Seely, winemaker at Exton Park.
Located in Hampshire just outside Winchester, this award-winning English Sparkling Wine producer owns 60 acre vineyard, all planted on pure chalk soils. Their philosophy is to focus on provenance, terroir expression and consistency of style. Therefore, they produce 100% of their own fruits and vinify and bottle their wines on the estate. The wines are vibrant and mineral wines with a distinctive style and complexity.
