Welcome to the latest in our new series of audio interviews, where we hand the producer the microphone and allow them to tell us all about their winery and individual wines.
This time, it’s Christine Bonheur, owner at Domaine Pascal Prunier-Bonheur in Burgundy.
Christine works alongside her husband Pascal Prunier. The estate spreads over 8 hectares across Saint-Romain towards Auxey-Duresses, Monthelie, Meursault and Pommard. Combining tradition and modernity their wines are known for their elegance, generosity and their reasonable prices, something that can be difficult to find in Burgundy.
HOW TO LISTEN
First, choose a wine and you will find the link to hear Christine’s thoughts about it on the ‘product description’ tab. Her view of the winery, with some interesting insights, is on the ‘about the producer’ tab.
