This time, it’s Christine Bonheur, owner at Domaine Pascal Prunier-Bonheur in Burgundy.
Christine works alongside her husband Pascal Prunier. The estate spreads over 8 hectares across Saint-Romain towards Auxey-Duresses, Monthelie, Meursault and Pommard. Combining tradition and modernity their wines are known for their elegance, generosity and their reasonable prices, something that can be difficult to find in Burgundy.
