In the first of a new series of audio interviews, we are handing the producer the microphone to allow them to tell us all about their individual wines.
First up, it’s Pablo De Simón of Valserrano in Rioja Alavesa (far left in picture). Valserrano is gaining a reputation among Rioja’s best, consistently receiving high scores from the best critics around the world, including Stephen Tanzer, Robert Parker and Tim Atkin. The reds have a soft spicy allure that only well-made Tempranillo can offer. The whites offer real character and depth.
