This 11-ha estate is run by the Jouard brothers. Vincent takes care of the vines while & François is in the cellar. Following sustainable practices, they avoid using chemicals and only bottle their oldest vines (at least 50 years old) to produce a limited amount of solely cuvée ‘Vieille Vignes’ every year. With about 250 cases made, their wines are elegant, expressive and of the highest quality.
