Champagne H. Blin was founded in 1947, after Henri Blin, together with 28 other winemakers, bought a press house. Surrounding the village of Vincelles, in the Vallee de la Marne, the vineyards spreads over 118 hectares. Pinot Meunier thrives in this cooler area of Champagne and is the main grape planted alongside some Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Its red fruit aromas and high acid levels bring a subtle freshness and fruitiness to the blend. All wines are made from grapes grown on their own vineyards – a rare thing in the region – giving them full control over the quality.
