Rosé wine and Provence have been associated for centuries, with Chateau Léoube producing some of the best example in the region. Out of their 65 hectares of vine, ideally located in a beautiful setting near the sea and certified organic, they produce fresh and elegant rosé under the supervision of Romain Ott. Grapes are delicately pressed to achieve the perfect level of aromaticity and the result is rather successful. Their wines have had great revues this year with both of their rosés receiving over 90pts from notorious Wine Enthusiast Magazine. They also produce a delicious sparkling rosé that didn’t go unnoticed by wine critic Matthew Jukes, alongside a white and two reds.
