Continuing with our team’s favourites for the season ahead, our second stop is Alentejo.

Bojador’s vineyards are planted on hills mostly oriented west/east which benefit from cooler temperatures and lie on schist and granite soils, allowing slow ripening of the fruits and maintaining a modest alcohol level.

Very strict grape selection, low-yields, careful pruning, and early harvesting are some of the procedures fastidiously followed by Pedro Ribeiro to produce mineral, fresh, elegant and also great value wine.
