Product description
Pinot Noir from Ambonnay, Bouzy, and Cumières for color. The grapes come from Grand and Premier Crus in Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs, with optimal weather conditions contributing to high ripeness. Fermented in Pol Roger’s cool cellars at 9°C, this rosé is aged for 7 years on the lees. The cooler fermentation creates finer bubbles, and the result is a fresh, pure champagne with a refined, chalky character. Delicate bouquet of red berries, roses, and subtle spice. On the palate, it is fresh and elegant with vibrant flavors of ripe strawberries and a hint of citrus, balanced by a fine mousse and a chalky, mineral finish.
