Product description
Nestled on the banks of Germany’s serene Mosel River, this small family estate has become one of the region’s most successful wineries, boasting an international reputation for the production of exquisite Rieslings.
The Graacher Domprobst vineyard, located in the Mosel region, is famous for its steep slopes and slate soils. The vineyard’s microclimate encourages slow, late harvesting of Riesling. Only the best grapes are handpicked for the Auslese classification.
Fermentation in traditional large oak casks at controlled temperatures. Aged on lees for several months. The natural residual sugar from the late-harvested grapes gives it its characteristic sweetness, balanced by fresh acidity. Ripe stone fruit, honey, and floral notes. Its sweetness is perfectly balanced by crisp acidity, resulting in a fresh, elegant profile.
