Product description
The estate’s 8 hectares are planted with 50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Franc, and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, averaging 40 years of age. The clay-limestone soils combine coolness and excellent drainage, supporting balanced vine growth and ripening. The wine is matured for several months using a balanced approach: 25% in new oak barrels, 25% in one-year-old barrels, 25% in oak vats, and 25% in stainless steel tanks, preserving both freshness and complexity. Aromas of ripe red cherry, plum and subtle cedar lead to a supple palate layered with blackberry, spice and a touch of earthy minerality. Fine tannins and bright acidity bring balance and finesse.
