Product description
The Voillot family has grown vines for five generations and has a big footprint, south of Beaune, with thirty two parcels in some of the finest vineyards. These sought after and pure expressions of the appellation are now crafted under the careful eye of wine maker and cellar master Etienne Chaix, grandson of Joseph.
“Brouillard” in old French means “breuil” or beuillât”, a small area where young or short trees grow. Delicate berry fruits alongside spices and earthiness. This is supple and elegant wine.
