Product description
Grown on estate vineyards in West Sussex, Hampshire, and Kent, classic Champagne varieties thrive on chalk and greensand soils. Low yields and hand-harvesting in exceptional vintages ensure purity and precision. Crafted using the traditional method of sparkling wine production, with extended lees ageing of over 72 months. Pale gold with fine, persistent bubbles. Aromas of ripe red apple, white peach and toasted brioche. The palate is structured with crisp acidity and layers of orchard fruit, almond and subtle spice. Chalky, mineral finish with excellent length.
