Product description
The vines are located on a prime south-facing slope in Cravant les Coteaux. The vineyard consists of two parcels: one planted in 1952 with a unique selection of Cabernet Franc and the other, planted in 2007. With biodynamic practices and low yields.
The grapes undergo individual fermentation in open wooden vats, with a maceration period of 25 to 30 days. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 18 months in new Burgundy barrels. Deep bouquet of black fruits, graphite, and earthy spices, with floral undertones. The palate is velvety, showcasing structured yet classic tannins, giving it a profound and lingering finish. This wine is elegant, powerful, and age-worthy.
