Product description
Pascal Prunier, a fifth-generation winemaker, took the reins of his family’s estate in the 1980s, continuing a legacy of viticulture that spans generations. Today, Domaine Pascal Prunier-Bonheur proudly carries the names of both Pascal and his wife, Christine Bonheur. The estate covers eight hectares of prime vineyard land, extending from Saint-Romain to Auxey-Duresses, Monthélie, Meursault, and Pommard. Their wines, which masterfully blend tradition with modern innovation, are celebrated for their elegance and offer exceptional value—an increasingly rare treasure in the Burgundy region.
This particular wine boasts a clear, brilliant appearance with an intense ruby hue. The nose is greeted by vibrant notes of red and blackcurrants, evoking a fresh, berry-rich aroma. On the palate, the wine is generous and fleshy, with a fine yet pronounced structure that is subtly enhanced by a touch of oak. The overall experience is one of beautiful balance, with a long-lasting and compelling aromatic finish.
