The estate spans 47 hectares of vineyards in St Estèphe, featuring over 90 plots adjacent to prestigious neighbours like Cos d’Estournel. Two-thirds of the vineyard thrives on well-drained soils rich in coarse gravel. Fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, maintained at 31-33ºC. The young wine then ages in oak barrels, one-third of which are new, for 15 months, with 40% of the barrels being new. enticing aromas of ripe blackberries, cedar, and a touch of vanilla. The palate is full-bodied with rich, velvety tannins, balanced acidity, and flavours of dark fruits and hints of spice, culminating in a long, delicious finish.
