Product description
The Éminence cuvée is sourced from two distinct terroirs: the micaschist soils of “La Viallière” and the granite terraces of “Bassenon” in the northern Rhône’s Côte-Rôtie. The grapes are 100% destemmed and undergo a long maceration period of three weeks in temperature-controlled concrete tanks. Fermentation is initiated with natural yeasts. The wine is aged for 16 months in French oak barrels, 20% of which are new. Expressive bouquet of blackcurrant, blackberry, violet, and white pepper. On the palate, it is harmonious and fleshy, with a silky texture and fine tannins. The wine offers a deep and persistent finish.
