Product description
Sourced from sustainably farmed, 80-year-old vines in the Cima Corgo, planted on steep schist terraces. High-density planting and careful vineyard management. Hand-harvested grapes were foot-trodden in granite lagares and fermented with native yeasts. Neutral grape spirit was added to halt fermentation and preserve natural sweetness. Aged for two years in large wooden vats and was bottled unfiltered. Rich and layered, with aromas of black cherries, violets, and dark chocolate. The palate reveals ripe black fruit, liquorice, and velvety tannins, finishing fresh and long.
