Product description
Vineyards are located in the “Vernon” and “Chery” lieux-dits on the steep, biotite granite soils in the northern part of Condrieu. The vines, around 30 years old, are farmed organically focusing on natural practices and low yields.
Grapes are hand-harvested and pressed before settling at a cold temperature. Fermentation in barrels with a small portion in stainless steel tanks, using only natural yeasts. Malolactic follows, and aged for one year. Lightly fined and filtered.
Aromatic with apricot, white peach, and orange blossom, this Condrieu delivers a creamy yet vibrant palate. Stone fruit and citrus flavours are balanced by minerality and a touch of spice.
