Product description
Crafted from 50-year-old, dry-land, bush-trained Tempranillo vines (Tinto Fino) in Ribera del Duero, grown without irrigation or chemical fertilisers. Set at approximately 800 m altitude. Grapes are hand-harvested, fermented with native yeasts for 9 days at 23–28 °C, followed by a 10-day maceration. The wine is matured 18 months in oak barrels from two origins. Complex aromas of cherry and strawberry with hints of pepper, dried herbs, leather and vanilla. Powerful yet refined on the palate with smooth tannins, an elegant acidity, and a long finish.
