Product description
Vines aged 35 years. Hand-harvested and transported in crates, sorted on a table and optically. Fermentation is parcel-based in small temperature-controlled concrete vats, with regular punch-downs and long maceration (4-5 weeks). Aged in a temperature-controlled cellar, racked every three months. Aged 40% in new French oak barrels and 60% in one-year-old barrels for 14 to 18 months. Complex aromas of blackcurrant, plum, and cedar, with hints of tobacco and spice. The palate is rich and well-balanced, featuring smooth tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long, elegant finish.
