Château Phélan Ségur was founded by Bernard O’Phelan, a young Irish Wine Merchant, in the 18th century. Helped by his father-in-law, he acquired the Clos de Garramey and Ségur de Cabanac, both situated in Saint-Estèphe. At the time known as Château Ségur de Garramey, the estate took on its modern name of Château Phélan Ségur in the 20th century. After successive ownership, the estate is now run by Philippe Van de Vyvere. The Château is known for producing wines with a great purity of fruits and silky tannins. View our selection.
