    Product description

Grapes sourced from terraced vineyards in the northern sector of the Saint-Joseph appellation, near Malleval. These east-facing vineyards, situated at an altitude of 250 meters, are planted on decomposed granite soils.

The grapes are destemmed and undergo fermentation over three weeks. The wine is matured for 12 months in older oak barriques, unfiltered. Delicate nose with aromas of white peach, citrus zest, and hints of almond blossom. On the palate, it is fresh and vibrant, with a creamy texture and layers of ripe fruit, balanced by a mineral edge and subtle oak nuances.
