The Clos Saint-Félix vineyard is a monopole of Domaine Michelot, situated in the Meursault appellation within Burgundy’s Côte de Beaune. The estate practices sustainable viticulture, focusing on low yields and high-quality fruit.
Hand-harvested grapes are sorted before fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks. Traditional vinification with natural yeasts, followed by malolactic fermentation. Ageing for 12 months in a combination of French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks.
Aromas of ripe stone fruits such as apricot and peach, with floral notes of jasmine and honey. On the palate, it is rich and full-bodied, with a silky texture, balanced acidity, and a subtle minerality. The finish is long.
