Product description
Sourced from old vines on limestone-clay soils in Briones, this low-yielding vintage was hand harvested to ensure quality and concentration. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in small stainless-steel tanks, followed by extended ageing in French and American oak barrels. The wine then rested in bottle to achieve the depth, balance and longevity expected of a Gran Reserva. Deep garnet with aromas of cherry, plum and cedar. Elegant and structured on the palate, showing ripe fruit, fine tannins and a long, balanced finish.
