Product description
Vineyard over 60 years old, located in the southern part of Nuits-Saint-Georges with a south/southeast exposure. Grapes are cultivated using reasoned and sustainable farming practices, certified HVE3, with a controlled yield of 40 hl/ha.
Hand-harvested grapes are sorted and fully destemmed before undergoing a 25–30 day maceration and fermentation in vats. The wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels, split evenly between new and one-year-old barrels. No fining or filtration is applied.
Vibrant red and ripe fruits with a subtle sweetness dominate its youthful profile, complemented by spicy undertones. With aging, it evolves into complex aromas of truffle and wood.
