Product description
Grapes are sourced from old Garnacha vines grown at altitude in Aragon, Spain. Practising organic and regenerative viticulture ensures minimal intervention and maximum expression of the terroir.
Hand-harvested grapes are gently pressed and fermented using traditional methods. The wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels, adding depth and complexity while preserving vibrant fruit characteristics. Rich aromas of cherries, cassis, and vanilla lead to a smooth palate of black cherry and strawberry. A touch of almond and cherry stone adds elegance to the long, silky finish.
