Product description
The vineyard is situated on one of the highest hills in the Entre-Deux-Mers region of Bordeaux, providing optimal sun exposure and well-drained soils. Grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruit’s integrity. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation followed by maturation in oak barrels. Rich bouquet of red-berried fruits, blackberry, and blackcurrant, complemented by subtle oak nuances. The palate is rounded and flavourful, with remarkable freshness and harmonious tannins.
