Sourced from mature estate vineyards on classic galets roulés and clay-limestone soils. Traditional hand-harvesting ensures optimal ripeness and selection across the domaine’s varied parcels. Fully destemmed fruit with a four-week traditional maceration and daily pump-overs. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel and concrete tanks, then aged 24 months in old foudres. A classic, structured Châteauneuf-du-Pape with ripe blackberry, plum, and dried herb aromas. Concentrated and balanced, with firm tannins and a long, spicy finish.
