Product description
Grapes are rigorously selected at harvest, with each variety and plot vinified separately to preserve site expression and quality. Fully destemmed and fermented at 20–24°C using traditional Bordeaux methods, with 2–3 weeks of maceration followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged for 12 months in oak barrels in limestone cellars. Rich blackcurrant and plum aromas with subtle hints of spice and vanilla. On the palate, it reveals a smooth texture with well-integrated tannins, showcasing flavours of ripe dark fruits, cocoa, and a touch of oak. The finish is long and elegant.
