    Product description

The vines are planted on the steep, terraced slopes of the Condrieu appellation, primarily on granite soils that offer excellent drainage. The vineyard is farmed sustainably, with low yields to ensure the production of concentrated, high-quality grapes.

Grapes are hand-harvested and undergo strict sorting before being gently pressed. Fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks with natural yeasts. The wine is then aged for 12 months, with a combination of oak barrels and stainless steel tanks.

Aromas of ripe stone fruits such as apricot and peach, with floral notes of jasmine and honey. On the palate, it is rich and full-bodied, with a silky texture, balanced acidity, and a subtle minerality.
