“La Vieille Maison” (The Old House) refers to the historic family home overlooking the terraced vineyards. Steep slopes with granitic soils, south to southwest exposure at 250m altitude. Sustainable farming with low yields. Hand-harvested, whole-cluster pressed. Fermented in stainless steel, then aged 12 months in 228L French oak (10% new). Malolactic fermentation in spring. Aromas of citrus, stone fruits, and acacia honey. Juicy palate with pear and peach, finishing floral and mineral.
