Product description
The Les Longeroies vineyard is located in the northern part of Marsannay, with 70-year-old vines on clay-dominated soils. The vineyard’s south-east facing plot (3 hectares). Grapes are sorted and gravity-fed into thermo-regulated tanks, with 50% whole-bunch. Fermented with native yeasts and minimal intervention. Gently pressed, aged for 12 months in 20% new French oak and 6 months in stainless steel, with minimal sulphur. Aromas of blueberry, cherry, hibiscus flowers, and fresh hazelnut are complemented by subtle white pepper notes. The palate is rich and well-structured with smooth tannins, leading to a long, fresh finish with hints of liquorice.
