Product description
Sourced from a blend of 40-year-old Riesling vines across several parcels within the Grand Cru Froehn. The vineyard is planted with a density of 5,000 vines/ha. The grapes are hand-harvested, with careful selection in the vineyard. Direct pressing without the addition of sulfur under the press. Natural yeasts are used for fermentation, and the wine is aged on fine lees for 6-9 months. Malolactic fermentation is completed, and the wine undergoes minimal filtration. A superb Grand Cru with bags of minerality and soft aromatic notes. Full bodied on the palate with a good acidity and a very long finish.
