Product description
Grapes from 40–50-year-old vines situated on “Crystalline” soil of micro-schist, sand, and clay over permian sandstone. The 20-hectare estate, with 14 hectares of vines, is surrounded by the Nature Reserve of the Plaines des Maures. Night-harvested and gently pressed in a non-oxidative environment. Fermented at controlled temperatures, with a portion aged in barrels with regular bâtonnage for 6 months, while the remainder is aged in stainless steel. Bright and expressive, featuring notes of ripe citrus, white peach, and red berries. Fresh and vibrant with a touch of tropical fruit and a hint of floral undertones.
