Product description
Sourced from the schistous terraces of Quinta de Roriz and Quinta da Perdiz in the Douro Valley. Hand-harvested grapes reflect the region’s diverse microclimates and altitudes. Destemmed grapes undergo fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation. Aged for 12 months in French oak (30% new), enhancing structure and subtle oak influence. Aromas of dark berries, plum, and floral notes with a touch of spice and cedar. The palate is refined yet concentrated, with velvety tannins, bright acidity, and a long, balanced finish.
