Product description
This Chardonnay is crafted from the same clones used in Corton-Charlemagne wines. The vines have an average age of 8 years and yield between 15-20 hL/Ha. All grapes are hand-harvested.
The wine is whole bunch pressed directly into barrels and undergoes natural primary fermentation and malolactic fermentation. It is 100% barrel fermented in French oak, with 50% of the barrels being new. The wine is aged in oak for 10 months.
Vibrant citrus and pear notes, complemented by rich, creamy textures and a hint of vanilla from the French oak. Balanced acidity and a well-integrated oak influence lead to a long, elegant finish.
