Product description
Right Bank Bordeaux, Pomerol. Vineyards close to the Pomerol plateau, benefiting from a temperate maritime climate that promotes even ripening and freshness, particularly suited to Merlot. Hand-harvested. Fermented in temperature-controlled vats. Aged for approximately 16–18 months in French oak barrels, around 30% new oak, to integrate tannins and preserve freshness. Aromas of black cherry, plum and cassis, with hints of cedar and sweet spice. The palate is medium-bodied, fresh and focused, with fine tannins, lifted acidity and a savoury, elegant finish.
