Product description
Crafted from a selection of old vines from Vidigueira, showcasing the terroir of Alentejo. Machine-harvested. Alcoholic fermentation lasted 6 days at 28 °C, followed by 5 days of skin maceration. After devatting, malolactic fermentation occurred, with 12 months ageing in American oak and a further 6 months in bottle. Aromas of ripe black fruit, intertwined with hints of spice, herbs, and toasty oak. On the palate, it’s medium to full-bodied, offering rich flavors of blackcurrant and strawberry, complemented by firm, grippy tannins.
