Product description
The Coeur de Roncharde vineyard, located in the heart of Condrieu, benefits from south-facing slopes and granitic soil, which imparts minerality. Sustainable practices are employed, and the 25-year-old vines yield low quantities of high-quality grapes.
Grapes undergo gentle pressing and ferment in a mix of stainless steel and French oak. Malolactic fermentation softens the acidity, while aging on lees for 9 months adds texture. The wine is neither fined nor filtered. Aromas of apricot, peach, and floral notes. On the palate, it’s full-bodied with a creamy texture balanced by vibrant acidity. Flavours of citrus, tropical fruit, and minerality are complemented by a subtle oak influence. The finish is long and refreshing
