Product description
The grapes are sourced from vineyards near Meursault, with an average vine age of 70 years. The estate employs sustainable and organic viticulture practices. After handpicking, the grapes are gently pressed, and the juice is transferred into steel tanks to ferment with some lees stirring. A small amount is matured in used oak barrels for 11 months. Bouquet of floral and fruity aromas, accented by delicate hints of citrus. On the palate, it unfolds with a rich, buttery texture, balanced by a refreshing acidity and an impressive length that lingers, leaving a lasting impression of finesse and harmony.
