Gamay sourced from over 60-year-old vines planted in the renowned Côtes du Py vineyard. This 1-hectare plot benefits from a unique granite terroir and features bush vine pruning. This wine is produced using traditional carbonic maceration with whole clusters and employs indigenous yeasts for fermentation. It is aged for 8 months in concrete tanks.
Bold aromas of dark cherry, plum, and violet, with hints of earth and spice. The palate is rich and full-bodied, featuring structured tannins and a vibrant acidity.
