Product description
The Becker family’s winemaking legacy dates back to 1610 in Zellenberg, a picturesque village opposite Riquewihr in eastern France. Now under the stewardship of the thirteenth generation, the estate has achieved organic certification for its vineyards, which span five Grand Cru areas of Alsace. The estate is currently run by Martine Becker and her brothers, Jean Philippe and Jean Francois.
The Jean Becker Crémant is crafted organically using the traditional method and is aged for at least nine months on its lees. This delightful sparkling wine is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Auxerrois, and Pinot Blanc grapes. It boasts a crisp and aromatic profile, with enticing hints of almonds and apricot. Notes of almonds and apricot are accentuated by lively acidity and delicate bubbles, creating a refreshing and elegant experience.
