    Product description

Blend from carefully selected vineyards in Stellenbosch. The grapes are harvested from vines with different soil compositions that contribute to the wine’s complexity and character. Each variety was fermented separately in 300-litre barrels and large foudres. The wine was aged for 18 months, with the final blend aged over 10 months in barrel before bottling. The wine is expected to mature for 15-20 years. The nose is a blend of violets, ripe plum, cedar wood, fennel, and a distinctive liquorice note, with an undercurrent of spiciness. On the palate, it is structured, with rounded tannins and a rich expression of dark fruits.
