Careful selection of the finest Sangiovese grapes from four owned vineyards in Castellina in Chianti. The vines are cultivated using the Guyot method in clay soil at an altitude of 260-280 meters above sea level, with the vineyards planted in 2000. Fermentation in stainless steel for 12 days, followed by 18 days of maceration with the skins. It ages for 16-18 months in 10 HL Tuscan oak barrels and is then bottle-aged for a minimum of 12 months. Complex aromas of ripe red fruits, warm spices, and subtle balsamic notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied and well-structured, showcasing elegant tannins and vibrant acidity.
