Hand harvest early morning – 40 hecto/hectares- 20 years old vines Slow fermentation of the 4 grapes in the same tank at cool temperatue- Ageing on lies of 20% of the total volume in new french oak barrels with battonage for 7 months Nose of ripe cherries and blackberries with a hint of spice; vanilla, bramble fruit and spice on the palate and a smoky oak finish.
Opulent, expressive, very fragrant and perfumed, rose petal and jasmine from this lovely ten hectare estate in Gres de Montpellier. Underpinned with a touch of garrigue and elegant chalky notes on the finish.
