Grapes are sourced from organically farmed vineyards employing regenerative agriculture practices. Each red variety is fermented separately with estate yeasts, then aged for 9 months in used 225L American and French oak. Blended to balance fruit, colour, and freshness, with each variety contributing its unique character.
